The food was amazing!!! there were so many choices at the buffet. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the pools were always clean, and i easily found a lounger each day. the evening entertainment was great. I liked the live music performances.
the gym equipment looked a little dated.

The staff were friendly. Mustafa made sure everything ran smoothly. Rabia from the spa stayed late so my friends could use the spa. The reception did its best to give our group rooms close together with beautiful views. I used a poolside cabana and it felt very luxurious with amazing service.
The daily activities seemed geared towards adults. The kids club was poor. Painting rocks was about as exciting as it got. It lacks quality entertainment and activities for younger children.

The room was quite nice and clean. The minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. I had a very relaxing sleep because the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect.

The food was AMAZING!!! I found many options suitable for my dietary needs. The staff was friendly. The themed events added excitement. The hotel had welcome drinks on arrival. We plan to return next year. Everything was super!

i found the rooms spacious and clean. the grounds are well kept. i thought the food selection was great, and various options were available at request if you have dietary needs. the staff was respectful and happy to help. i also loved the variety of foods on offer (the desserts were amazing!).
the gym only had limited equipment. i noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. more equipment should be added to the gym.

the hotel is close to both the airport and the town. transport links seemed plentiful. taxis are available directly outside the hotel and buses run every 20 minutes during the day.

The hotel staff were VERY friendly and efficient! I especially liked how the rooms are spacious, and I even saw the newly renovated room designs planned for 2026. They look modern! The pools are a nice size, and there is a good selection of them. The restaurant had a HUGE selection of foods to choose from!
The rooms are slightly dated, but not bad. It was a very slight issue.
