generally positive experience
food range staff attention small room basic bathroom
The food was lovely with a wide range of different foods. i am lactose intolerant and they still had many options for me. the staff were really good especially one person in the restaurant. He couldn't do enough for you. he had our drinks on the table ready every time he saw us.
the rooms are very small. the bathroom is very basic. i would say more 3 star than 5 star standard. also, the service was not to a 5 star hotel standard.

Fantastic stay with luxurious touches!
friendly staff poolside cabana smooth running
The staff were friendly. Mustafa made sure everything ran smoothly. Rabia from the spa stayed late so my friends could use the spa. The reception did its best to give our group rooms close together with beautiful views. I used a poolside cabana and it felt very luxurious with amazing service.
The daily activities seemed geared towards adults. The kids club was poor. Painting rocks was about as exciting as it got. It lacks quality entertainment and activities for younger children.
Rooms
9/10
The room was quite nice and clean. The minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. I had a very relaxing sleep because the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect.
Dining
9/10
There was a decent variety of food overall. Branded drinks were available. I found lots of options that suited my needs. The chefs prepared fresh items at various stations throughout the dining area.
Service
10/10
The staff were attentive, smiling, and helpful at all times. They were very good too. I always felt well-cared for because everyone greeted me with a smile.

spacious rooms clean rooms great selection respectful staff
i found the rooms spacious and clean. the grounds are well kept. i thought the food selection was great, and various options were available at request if you have dietary needs. the staff was respectful and happy to help. i also loved the variety of foods on offer (the desserts were amazing!).
the gym only had limited equipment. i noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. more equipment should be added to the gym.

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend!
efficient staff modern design good pools huge food selection
The hotel staff were VERY friendly and efficient! I especially liked how the rooms are spacious, and I even saw the newly renovated room designs planned for 2026. They look modern! The pools are a nice size, and there is a good selection of them. The restaurant had a HUGE selection of foods to choose from!
The rooms are slightly dated, but not bad. It was a very slight issue.
